Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Perused the petition filed for modification of the order dated 20.05.2022.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the averments taken in the petition, it is further observed that in the matter of consideration of bail to the Petitioner, when the occasion would so arise, the Courts below would do well also to take into account the factum of grant of bail to co-accused person/s in its proper perspective.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
