Learned State Counsel contended that though this contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 27.01.2022 passed in WPC (OAC) No. 3829 of 2015, but the State Government has preferred Writ Appeal bearing W.A. No. 758 of 2022 against the order passed in the writ petition, which is pending disposal before this Court.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to purse the remedy after disposal of the aforementioned Writ Appeal.
