CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
17.10.2022 Order No.
8.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
There is substantial representation on behalf of the O.Ps. Therefore, this Court ignores the defect so far it relates to service of notice on O.Ps.5, 10, 12 & 14.
3.
From the impugned order, this Court finds, there is a clear disclosure that decision in the consolidation proceeding shall ultimately abided in the final outcome in R.S.A. No.185 of 2004. In this view of the matter, there is no requirement of interfering in such order. Consequently, the Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
