Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Considering the Order No.

grounds raised herein, this Court finds there was difficult on the part of the counsel for the petitioner in attending the Court on the date of posting of the writ petition involved. In the process, this Court finds the CMAPL should have been allowed. Consequently, the CMAPL stands allowed thereby restoring W.P.(C).No.19257 of 2009 to its original file. 2.
