Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is order dated 6th April, 2018 passed by State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Odisha, Cuttack imposing Rs.40,000/- cost for condoning delay of 50 days.

On Court pointing out that following the caution in order dated 6th August, 2012 of the Supreme Court in S.L.P.(C) nos.24228-24229 of 2012 (CC nos. 12891-12892 of 2012) (Cicily Kallarackal v. Vehicle Factory) also reported in (2012) 8 SCC 524, this Court has expressed view that High Courts does not have writ jurisdiction regarding operation of consumer disputes protection law. He submits, in the circumstances, his client be given liberty to not press the writ

// 2 // petition for purpose of applying for review before the Commission.

Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite parties and does not oppose the prayer. 4.

On above record of submissions, the writ petition is disposed of.
