Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the claim of the petitioner deserves to be considered by the GA Department. Undisputedly such consideration comes under OGLS Act. This Court finds, the application under Annexure-1 is not in proper form. Consequently the writ petition remains unentertainable, which is, hereby dismissed. It is however made clear that dismissal of the writ petition shall not stand on the way of the petitioner in making appropriate application under appropriate provision of law to the Competent Authority.
