This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus against Shree Jagannath Temple Authorities to take appropriate steps in terms of the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 more particularly at page 11 of the brief.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner and looking to the averments made in this writ petition, this Court finds, there cannot be issuing of mandamus involving the nature of dispute involved herein by the High Court in entertaining a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In the process this Court declines to entertain the writ petition. Petitioner, if so advised, may undertake any other recourse.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
