The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 21st March, 2022 passed in Criminal Proceeding No.07 of 2021, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Paralakhemundi exercising power under Section 127 Cr.P.C. enhanced the amount of maintenance by Rs. 2,500/- per month.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM submitting that he will move learned Judge, Family Court, Paralakhemundi for appropriate relief.

In view of such submission, this RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn.
