Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that though this contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 06.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 41672 of 2021, but the State Government has preferred Writ Appeal bearing W.A. No. 890 of 2022 against the order passed in the writ petition, which is pending disposal before this Court. 3.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy after disposal of the aforementioned Writ Appeal.
