This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (physical/ virtual) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in connection with Purusottampur P.S. Case No.122 of 2022 corresponding to GR Case No.110 of 2022 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Purusottampur; they shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper. The Petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 4th June, 2022 in between 10 am to 2 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation as and when required for the purpose.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
