At the outset, Mr. Anupam Rath, Additional Standing Counsel for the Contemnor-Opposite Party states that an order dated 2nd May, 2022 has been passed by the Government in compliance of the order dated 24th December, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.38431 of 2021. He further states that the Petitioner is dissatisfied, it can avail its remedy in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
