None appears for the petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 28.10.2022. Learned counsel for the State is present so also learned counsel for opposite party No.2 is also present.

In view of the aforesaid fact, especially when no one has appeared at the time of call, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
