It is submitted by Mr. Saktisekhar, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. A.K. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that during pendency of the matter, all the petitioners, save and except petitioner no.5, have been regularized pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 9.2.2022 in W.P.C(OAC ) No.1207 of 2019.

Considering such submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court while disposing the contempt petition, directs opp. party Nos.1 & 2 to take a final decision with regard to compliance of the order dated 9.2.2022 in respect of petitioner no.5 only within a further period of one month.
