The Petitioner is in custody in connection with Suliapada P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 3412 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Baripada for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 306/354/-B/507/509/34 of IPC read with Sections 66(E)/67/67(A) of the I.T. Act and Section 6 of Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition Act), 1986. 4.

It is alleged that the victim, who is a minor girl had sexual relationship with the petitioner. Her nude photographs were taken and circulated in a WhatsApp group named as BINDAS BoY's group. Standing of the same footing one of the co-accused person, namely, Sashikanta Mohanty has been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 3183 of 2022.

5. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the

period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of the posting of the case without fail.

6. BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
