I.A. No.567 of 2022 07.

1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 18.5.2022 passed in MACA No.289 of 2020.

2. Mr. A.A. Khan, learned counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company as well as Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the claimants-Respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that on 18.5.2022 this Court has suggested the amount of Rs.11,50,000/-. But while writing the order, the same has been mentioned as Rs.10,50,000/- in place of Rs.11,50,000/- inadvertently. Accordingly, both of them prays to correct the total compensation amount to Rs.11,50,000/-.

3. Accordingly, the order dated 18.5.2022 is modified to the extent that the total compensation amount granted is to the tune of

Rs.11,50,000/- (eleven lakh fifty thousand only) in place of Rs.10,50,000/-. It goes without saying that the compensation amount shall be deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company within a period of two months from today. The rest part of the said order remains unaltered.

4. I.A. is disposed of.
