This is the second journey of the Petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Daringbadi P.S. Case No.93 of 2020 corresponding to S.T. Case No.47 of 2020 on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baliguda for alleged commission of offence under section 376(2)(L)/376(D)/506 of the IPC, in filing this application under section 439 Cr.P.C., has prayed for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and further keeping in view the role said to have been played by this Petitioner as those emanate from the materials on record and as also the

// 2 // surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner at this stage; this application is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for grant of bail before the Trial Court after cross-examination of the victim (P.W.4) in the trial is over.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
