This C.M.P. is at the instance of the defendant filed seeking early disposal of the C.S. No.160 of 2012.

It is alleged by the learned counsel for Petitioner that the Petitioner being the sole contesting defendant and in spite of her cooperation, the Plaintiff only goes on dragging the litigation and is not cooperating the trial court in completing the suit proceeding. 3.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), 1st Court, Cuttack to conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.160 of 2012 at least within a period of one year from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Petitioner is prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below.
