Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "Under the above facts and circumstances, it is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, to issue notice to the Opp.Parties and after hearing to allow the writ application by directing the Opp.Parties to remove the illegal construction from the village road i.e. Plot No.102 of Mouza-Lembo under Tahasil of Sukinda in the district of Jajpur.

For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the application at the instance of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-3 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.Ps.1 & 3 to look into the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate

// 2 // orders on the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto with but however involving the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
