2. Since Appellant No.4 was already dead prior to filing of the appeal, it is directed that the compensation amount as per order dated 7th September, 2022 shall be disbursed among the claimants-Appellant Nos.1, 2 & 5 on such terms and proportions to be decided by the learned Tribunal.
