01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner, who is working as Lecturer of Odia in Mahatma Gandhi College, Bhukta in the district of Bargarh, has filed this petition challenging the inaction of the opposite party No.2 in releasing his monthly salary as per the Director, Higher Education Order No.3856 dated 29.01.2011, wherein the State Government elevated the present petitioner to the aided post after death of one late Hemsagar Naik, Ex-Lecturer in Odia. The petitioner's name has already been reflected as per order dated 29.01.2011 issued by the Directorate of Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, but he has still not received any salary. The petitioner has also given representation to the opposite party No.2 but the said representation has been pending since long.

3. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to pass an order for the speedy disposal of the representation.

4. Accordingly, the opposite party No.2 is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of presentation of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
