Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is a serious allegation of re-encroachment of Government land by O.Ps.4 & 5. It is alleged, the Tahasildar concerned is silent even after coming to know that there has been earlier disposal of an Encroachment Case involving the very same Parties. Now the learned counsel for the Petitioner in reduction of his prayer made herein makes a request for at least a direction for early disposal of E.C. No.91/2020.

Considering this to be an innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Tahasildar concerned to dispose of E.C. No.91/2020 at least within a period of four months and giving opportunity to the Petitioner likely to be affected further also following the provision required under the OPLE Act. 4.
