This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the writ application has been disposed of by order dated 09.05.2022 but in Paragraph-6 of the said order, before the words "in accordance with law" the words be inserted "taking into consideration Annexures-6 and 7". Hence, modification has been sought for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 4th line of Paragraph-6 of the order dated 09.05.2022 before the words "in accordance with law" the words be inserted "taking into consideration Annexures-6 and 7", rest part of the remaining the same.

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
