ORDER

19.09.2022 W.A. No.218 of 2019 and I.A. No.382 of 2019 04.

1. The allotment of an official quarter to the husband of the Appellant was obviously made by name and not by designation.

2. In that view of the matter, the concurrent findings of the Estate Officer in the order dated 6th March, 2019 in Appeal Case No.153 of 2018, which has been upheld by the learned Single Judge by the impugned order dated 16th April, 2019 dismissing the writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) No.6381 of 2019 cannot be faulted.

3. While issuing notice in the present appeal on 14th May 2019, this Court had stayed the operation of the eviction order dated 10th December, 2018.

4. While not being inclined to interfere in the appeal, the Court extends the time for the Appellant to vacate the premises in question till 30th November, 2022.

5. The appeal as well as the I.A. are disposed of in the above terms.
