This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State has produced before us a copy of the written instruction given by the I.I.C., Rajnagar Police Station. In the said instruction dated 11.07.2022, the I.I.C., Rajnagar Police Station has stated clearly that, the alleged victim girl has returned to her house and she was examined by the Police Officer on 13.07.2020. Her statement was recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.49 of 2019 under Section 363/34 of the I.P.C.

Mr. Nanda, learned Addl. Government Advocate has drawn our attention to the affidavit filed by the petitioner on 15.07.2020 stating that, his daughter had gone for tailoring training with her old schoolmate to Kerala and she has returned home. The petitioner has also urged to close the Police case in view of his statement. 4.

Be that as it may, in view of the development, as recorded above, this proceeding has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same stands closed and disposed of.

Copy of the written instruction along with the said affidavit be made part of the record.
