1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the arbitrary action of the Opposite Parties for in not processing the family pension and prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties to extend the family pension to her from 01.12.2015 i.e. from the date of the death of her mother.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Opposite Party No.4- Block Education Officer, Golmunda has recommended the case of Petitioner vide AnnexureD/4 of the counter affidavit and the matter is now
// 2 // pending before the Opposite Party No.5/ Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
5. In such view of the matter, the Controller Accounts is directed to process and disburse the family pension of the present petitioner within a period 45 days from today.
