This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Nayapalli Case P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 1013 of 2022 pending on the file of learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 395/ 412/413 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr. P.C. by the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Vigilance), Bhubaneswar, by order dated 12.04.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into the criminal proclivity of the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this BLAPL at this stage. Accordingly, the same stands rejected.

6.

The petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer before the court after filing of the Charge Sheet.
