The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the action of Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 in executing sale deed in favour of Opposite Party Nos.4 to 6 without taking into consideration the agreement for sale executed in his favour.

In course of hearing, Mr. Budhia, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy in competent Civil Court.
