Heard submission of learned counsels for the Parties. 2.

Since the Election Misc. Case is filed in March, 2022 and the writ application is filed in April 2022, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, considering the request of the petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the trial Court for expediting the trial in the Election Misc. Case. It is further directed that in the event the Petitioner files such application within a period of ten days hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of looking to the urgency shown therein.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn but with liberty as prayed for.
