This Court records the statement of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the Suit involved herein not only pleadings are completed but there is also framing of Issues. There is also no stay of further proceeding in the Suit being passed by any higher forum. In the circumstance, this Court considering the Suit is pending since 2010 and twelve years old by this time directs the Civil Judge (Jr.Divn.), Bhubaneswar to conclude the trial involving C.S. No.16 of 2010 at least within a period of nine months from the date of communication of this order. Since the Petitioner-Plaintiff is obtaining a targeting order, she is debarred from either taking repeated adjournments or even moving any Interim Application in the meantime.
