Defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter are ignored.

Heard Mr. B. R. Maharatha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

It is seen that, ventilating her grievance regarding her disengagement as Anganwadi Worker of Danjuruba Anganwadi Center, the petitioner has made a representation to the Collector, Gajapati (Opposite Party No.4) on 14.02.2019 vide Annexure-2. 5.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in the meanwhile though 2 1⁄2 (two and half ) years have

elapsed, the Collector is yet to take a decision on the grievance petition.

Taking into account, the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, the Collector, Gajapati (Opposite Party No.4) is directed to consider and dispose of the grievance petition of the petitioner dtd. 13.08.2019 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 7.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
