It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 8801 of 2019 (Dayanidhi Pradhan v. State of Odisha), which has been disposed of vide order dated 08.07.2022 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 08.07.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 8801 of 2019 (Dayanidhi Pradhan v. State of Odisha), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
