This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. S.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application may kindly be disposed of with direction to the learned Court in seisin of the case to commit the same to the learned Court of Sessions immediately and, thereafter, the trial in the case may be conducted expeditiously to dispose of the case within a period of three months.

On the other hand, Mr. P.K. Patttnaik, learned A.G.A. raises no objection to such prayer of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without adverting to the materials on record on merit disposes of the bail application requesting the learned Court in seisin of the case to commit it to learned Court of Sessions immediately, if there is no other legal impediment, and on commitment, the Session Judge shall either take up the case himself or assign it to some other competent Court for expeditious disposal of the case.
