This matter is taken up through Videoconferencing mode.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Mr. Mishra, learned AGA and Mr. Routray, learned counsel for Opposite Party Nos.1 to 7 are present.

On perusal of order sheet, it appears that the matter is being adjourned since 31st October, 2014. On last occasion, i.e., on 22nd December, 2021, the matter was adjourned to be listed after the Winter Holidays, but none is present today to pursue the matter on behalf of the Petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 31st March, 2005 passed in Misc. Case No.6813 of 2003 stands vacated.
