This writ petition has been filed for a direction to restrain the Sub-Registrar, Attabira-Opposite Party No.3 from registering the sale deed in respect of Plot No.21 under Khata No.301/139 situaterd in mouza Rengalipali under Attabira Tahasil in the district of Baragarh in favour of any third party. 4.

On the last occasion, i.e. on 20th June, 2022, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter. 5.

It appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the writ petition.
