1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner is the wife of late S. Gareya Reddy, who was serving as peon in Madhusudan High School, Sindhigam (Badapur), in the district of Ganjam, which is an aided one under the control of opposite party Nos. 3 and 4.

3. The petitioner was the second wife of the deceased, who married her after the death of the first wife. After the death of the deceased, the petitioner approached to the opposite party Nos. 3 and 4 to grant the retiral benefits like gratuity, provident fund but her representation dated 13.04.2022 under Annexure-1 is pending before the authority. The petitioner also submits that prior to the said representation she had also given another representation to the authority.

4. Let the representation dated 13.04.2022 under Annexure-1 be considered within a reasonable period preferably within a period of

// 2 // six months from the date presentation of this order and disposed of the same with reasoned order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
