The Petitioners having been implicated in Balichandrapur P.S. Case No.0155 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.568 of 2022 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 379/34, I.P.C. and section 21 of the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole have filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for their release on bail in the event of their arrest.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and keeping in view the nature of accusation as to the role of the Petitioners as those

// 2 // emanate from the materials on record; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
