None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. On 06.07.2018, the petitioner was directed to remove the defect as pointed out by the stamp reporter within three weeks, failing which, the matter will be placed before the Bench for orders. 3.

In spite of such order, the defect as pointed out by S.R. has not yet been removed. Since this is an year old matter and none is there to prosecute the matter on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed for non compliance of the order.
