It appears, during pendency of the writ petition, the original records in Mutation Case No.14469 of 2012 could be traced out and the same has been disposed of by the final order dated 5.05.2022. For there is already finality to the Mutation Case No.14469 of 2012, this Court finds, no cause of action survives in the writ petition, which is, hereby, disposed of.
