Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner the name of the C.T. Case in the cause title page of the bail application is corrected as "Spl. (MSEB) Case No.16 of 2022" instead of "C.T. Spl. Case No.16 of 2022".

Necessary correction be carried out in the bail order accordingly.

6.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner be extended by fifteen days more with effect from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
