This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer for a direction to the Opposite Parties to release the subsistence allowance along with unpaid salary since the date of suspension under Annexure-2 forthwith and allow the Petitioner to discharge his duties. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner is out of job and is not getting any salary and it is very difficult for his survival. Therefore, Petitioner fairly proposes that he will make a fresh representation before the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Biramaharajpur, Sonepur, Opposite Party No.4 within a period of two weeks from today. Accordingly, he prays for a direction to Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of the said representation expeditiously. 5.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection in the event direction is given to the Authority for disposal of the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the submission made and in the interest of justice, this Court directs the Petitioner to file a fresh representation highlighting his grievance before the Opposite Party No.4 along with documents in support of his claim, in such event, Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to consider the representation of the Petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of certified copy of this order. If it is found that Petitioner is entitled to the benefit as claimed by him, the same shall be released within four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
