This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Party-Bank to release the documents in respect of the vehicle (Swaraj Tractor 744) bearing Engine No.431024SZH22680).

In course of hearing, Mr. Manasingh, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner shall approach the Bank by depositing the entire outstanding dues for release of the documents in respect of the aforesaid Tractor.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the Petitioner disposes of this writ petition with a direction that in the event the Petitioner makes a comprehensive representation within a period of two weeks hence for release of the documents by making payment of the outstanding dues in respect of the aforesaid Tractor, the same shall be

// 2 // considered by the Bank as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of filing of such representation along with certified copy of this order. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
