This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the proceeding/F.I.R. in Pottangi P.S. Case No.34 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.169 of 2022, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Koraput in respect of him. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioner to move before this Court, if he is challaned in the aforesaid case on the closure of the investigation.
