1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition to make a representation to the Collector, Rayagada District. If such representation is made not later than 1st July 2022, the Collector, Rayagada will after hearing the Petitioner pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 5th September 2022 and communicate the decision to the Petitioner not later than 12th September, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of.
