This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Colliery P.S. Case No. 536 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2319 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Talcher for commission of offence under Sections-120(B)/420/468/471 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the nature of allegations are mostly based on documentary evidence and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal proclivity, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

While enlarging the petitioner on bail the learned court below shall verify such assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioner has any criminal antecedent, this order shall stands recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
