The allegation on the fraudulent attempt of the parties in Order No.
obtaining the compromise order in revision after the death of the revision petitioner, petitioner cannot be taken in a writ petition under Article 226 or even 227 of the Constitution of India. In the circumstance, this Court finds the writ petition is not entertainable. Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent court of law. Writ petition dismissed as withdrawn but with liberty as prayed for.
