Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the Opp. Party NO.6- The Administrator, Remunda PACS Ltd., Remunda to dispose of the representation dated 07.04.2022 under Annexure-3 Series within a short period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

And further be pleased to direct the opp. party No.6 to reinstate the service of the petitioner and disburse the all service and financial benefits in favour of him"

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.5 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.5 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.5 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
