ORDER

1. The Petitioners' grievance is against a letter issued by the Tahasildar, Binjharpur, Dist-Jajpur on 7th October, 2020 stating that the sanction of alienation of Government land for construction of Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-JMFC Court in village Lenkasahi had already been submitted.

2. It appears that a public notice was, in fact, issued prior to the above letter. Since the alienation is for the construction of a court which is much needed for the people of the locality, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

3. The writ petition is dismissed.
