This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the State Cooperative Election Commission, Odisha-Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision in respect of complaint made by the Petitioner under Annexure-5 before the process of election is commenced and accordingly prayed to correct the voter list by quashing the voter list under Annexure-4.

Since the process of cooperative election has already commenced, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner may pursue his grievance in accordance with law after the ensuing election in respect of Cooperative Societies is over.
