This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Hold and declare that the Disciplinary Proceeding initiated vide No.
OSCB/ GAD/2632/2012-13 dated 28.07.2012 under Annexure-1 as illegal and quash the same.
2.
to open the sealed cover (2014/2015) and direct to impart retrospective promotion with effect from the date his juniors got promotion and direct the Opposite Party-Bank to make fitment of the service benefits and financial benefits; and 3.
direct the Opposite Party-Bank to grant all the consequential service and financial benefits, pension to the Petitioner".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party within a period of ten days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party in accordance with law within a period of the two months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party be communicated to the Petitioner within that time.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
