At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 29.11.2022 in Court today seeking an unconditional withdrawal of the present contempt petition. The Memo be kept on record. 3.

In view of the Memo filed, the CONTC is dismissed as withdrawn.
